Kat O’Sullivan-Fortin

Photo Kat O'Sullivan-FortinKat found her way to her yoga mat in 2010 in the hopes of healing a running injury and stayed because of the strength, peace, challenge, and absolute joy that she finds through her practice. Kat is an attorney, a rare disease advocate, a wife, a mother of three, and a 200 RYT certified instructor trained at Mantra Yoga in 2016. Kat favors a strong vinyasa practice but has a growing appreciation for other styles such as gentle flow, restorative, yin, and kundalini yoga. Kat finds many things enhance her yoga journey: the special energy that group practice cultivates, arm balances, Bhakti devotion, Krishna Das, Kirtan, and CRAZY yoga pants. And coffee … lots of coffee.

Kat is a huge fan of all the offerings JaiShree and Kala offer through Sanctuary. She has enjoyed Soul Mapping sessions, Bliss Day Immersions, kirtans, sound healings, and she especially appreciates the time she spends at Sanctuary because of its divine quality, serenity, and community.
